  • What do I need to collect my order?
    Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail and a proof of identity. We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order, please feel free to contact the store and we will happily extend this time where possible.
  • How do I cancel/change my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes, please contact the store directly or you can cancel your order on your account. Please note, full refunds will be made via the original transaction made through our website.
  • When can I collect my click & collect order?
    For items in stock, we will normally have your item ready to collect within a few business hours. For items which are not in stock, your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on your order confirmation email – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!
  • How do I return my order?
    Our normal returns policy applies to all Click & Collect orders, for more information see our returns policy.
  • Can someone else collect my order?
    Please contact the store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection.
  • Do You Sell Gift Vouchers?
    Yes you can purchase Gift Vouchers in store and online. These can be used in store or on our website.
